By using ddnappliancerepair.com or booking a service with DDN Appliance Repair LLC(“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

We provide residential and commercial appliance diagnostics and repair services within the Orlando, Florida area. Service scope may vary based on technician availability, appliance type, and location.

3. Booking & Confirmation

  • Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or via email.
  • We will contact you within 30 minutes (during business hours) to confirm time, date, and service details.
  • Same-day or emergency bookings may incur additional fees.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • A diagnostic/service fee is due at the time of visit.
  • The diagnostic fee is applied toward the total cost if you proceed with the repair.
  • Accepted payments: Visa, Mastercard, Zelle and Check.
  • Full payment is required upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe working conditions around the appliance.
  • Provide clear access to the appliance and disclose any known issues or hazards.
  • Secure pets and inform us of any building access restrictions.

6. Warranty & Disclaimers

Repairs are covered by a 90-day labor warranty and manufacturer part warranties where applicable. Warranty does not cover:

  • New, unrelated faults occurring after the repair.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DDN Appliance Repair LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our services.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
  • Same-day cancellations may incur the diagnostic fee.
  • Refunds for completed repairs are issued only if we cannot resolve a recurring issue within reasonable attempts under warranty terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orlando, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
